Introduction
B's Barbecue is a longtime family-run barbecue restaurant in Greenville, North Carolina, operating since 1978 in a converted former gas station on B's Barbeque Road. It is known for its pit-cooked, Eastern NC-style pork and charcoal-cooked chicken with vinegar-based sauce, and typically sells out and closes before its official closing time, drawing long lines of loyal customers. In 2025 it was inducted into the NC Bar-B-Q Hall of Fame.
