Introduction
Waihe'e Ridge Trail is a popular hiking trail in the West Maui Forest Reserve near Wailuku, Hawaii, climbing a steep, snaking ridgeline for roughly 4-5 miles round trip with about 1,500 feet of elevation gain. The moderately difficult, often muddy hike rewards visitors with sweeping views of the West Maui Mountains, the Pacific Ocean, lush rainforest, and Makamakaole Waterfall.
