Introduction
Ranomafana National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage-listed rainforest reserve in southeastern Madagascar, established in 1991 as the country's fourth national park. Covering over 41,000 hectares near the town of Ranomafana, it is renowned for its exceptional biodiversity, including 13 lemur species, rare birds, orchids, waterfalls, and natural hot springs, with a well-marked network of hiking trails.
