Introduction
Sky Terrace 428 is Hong Kong's highest outdoor observation deck, located atop the Peak Tower at Victoria Gap near the summit of Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island. Standing 428 metres above sea level, it offers 360-degree panoramic views encompassing Victoria Harbour, Central, and the South China Sea, and is typically reached via the iconic Peak Tram.
