Wild Island Kitchen is a locally and 100% Indigenous-owned culinary tour company in Twillingate, Newfoundland, led by chef Crystal Anstey. It offers guided outdoor experiences such as foraging tours, beach picnics, and traditional 'boil-ups' featuring wild-caught seafood cooked over an open fire at a secluded seaside location, with a four-to-five-course seasonal menu of local shellfish, cod, mackerel, and foraged greens.
