Introduction
The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda is a Buddhist pagoda built in 652 AD during the Tang Dynasty, located within the Da Ci'en Temple complex in southern Xi'an. Standing seven stories and about 64.5 meters tall, it is one of the largest and earliest examples of Tang-style pagodas and serves as the symbol of Xi'an, historically linked to the monk Xuanzang's Buddhist scripture translations.
