Introduction
Boucan Canot Beach is a white sand beach stretching roughly one kilometre along the west coast of Réunion Island, in the commune of Saint-Paul between the town centre and Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. It is considered one of the island's most beautiful beaches, with cliffs framing the shoreline, a secured swimming area with lifeguard surveillance, and a popular reef break for surfing.
