Introduction
Jonkershoek Nature Reserve is a CapeNature-managed reserve about 10 km southeast of Stellenbosch in South Africa's Western Cape, covering roughly 11,000 hectares of the rugged Jonkershoek Mountains and valley. It offers hiking trails, a scenic drive, swimming spots and mountain biking, with wildlife including leopard, caracal, klipspringer and baboons, plus birds like black eagle and sugarbirds.
