Introduction
Tsujita Suidobashi is a tsukemen (dipping ramen) shop located near Suidobashi Station in Chiyoda, Tokyo, part of the area known as Suidobashi Ramen Street/Town. It is known as a pioneer of rich pork bone and seafood (tonkotsu-gyokai) broth served with chewy noodles, often topped with crumbled pork.
