Marugame Udon is a Japanese udon noodle restaurant at 114 Middlesex Street, Spitalfields, near Liverpool Street, serving freshly made udon noodles and tempura. It was the first UK branch of the Japanese udon chain, aiming to bring an authentic udon-making experience to London.
