Introduction
The Guangzhou Cultural Center is a large antique-style architectural and garden complex at the southern end of Guangzhou's central axis, on the shore of Haizhu Lake in Haizhu District. Covering roughly 142,000 square meters, it is the largest cultural venue of its kind in China, blending Han and Tang architectural styles with Lingnan garden landscaping, and houses exhibition halls, a theater, a public library and galleries showcasing intangible cultural heritage like Cantonese embroidery and Canton porcelain.
