Fallow is a modern British restaurant in St James's, London, founded by chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft, both alumni of Dinner by Heston. Known for creative, sustainable cooking, its menu spans small and large plates, dry-aged steaks, sides and Sunday roasts, and it previously earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand during its Heddon Street residency before moving to a permanent site at St James's Market.
