Kitashinchi Kushikatsu Bon is a Michelin-listed kushikatsu (deep-fried skewer) restaurant located below street level in the Dojima area of Kitashinchi, Kita Ward, Osaka. It elevates the typically working-class Osaka street food into a luxury omakase-style counter experience, using premium ingredients like foie gras, chateaubriand, A5 wagyu, sea urchin, caviar and truffle dipped in a shared sauce.
