Brisket & Rice is a Texas barbecue joint in Houston that fuses Southern smoked meats with Vietnamese-influenced dishes, most notably brisket fried rice, run by brothers Hong and Phong Tran. Originally set inside an old Church's Chicken next to a gas station on Highway 6, it has since moved near Copperfield and earned MICHELIN Guide recognition and a spot among Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ joints.
