Introduction
The Cliffs of Moher are dramatic sea cliffs on the southwestern edge of the Burren region in County Clare, Ireland, rising up to 214 metres (700 ft) above the Atlantic and stretching roughly 8-14 km along the Wild Atlantic Way. Part of the Burren and Cliffs of Moher UNESCO Geopark, they are one of Ireland's most visited natural attractions and a major bird-breeding site, offering sweeping ocean views near O'Brien's Tower.
