Introduction
Eleven Madison Park is a three-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant at 11 Madison Avenue in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, overlooking Madison Square Park, owned and operated by Chef Daniel Humm. In 2022 it became the first restaurant in the world to earn three Michelin stars for an entirely plant-based tasting menu.
