Introduction
Chuka Soba Tomita is a small ramen shop near Matsudo Station in Matsudo, Chiba, opened in 2006 and famous for its tsukemen made with thick, homemade whole-wheat noodles and a rich dipping broth. It has topped Japan's Ramen Database rankings and draws long queues of visitors, having also been featured in the documentary Ramen Heads.
