Introduction
Duam Sikdang is a traditional Korean barbecue restaurant in Mongtan, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do, famous for grilling pork belly (samgyeopsal) over an open straw/hay fire, a cooking method it has used since 1950. It is known for its house-made banchan and is considered one of Korea's original straw-fired pork restaurants.
