Introduction
Haji Zbala is a historic juice shop on Al-Rasheed Street in Baghdad's Al-Rusafa district, serving natural raisin syrup since around 1900. It is renowned for its grape/raisin juice made from premium raisins sourced from northern Iraq, and the shop's building features traditional Iraqi shanasheel wooden lattice architecture.
