Chatterbox Café Tokyo is the Japanese flagship of Singapore's famed Chatterbox restaurant, known since 1971 for its signature Mandarin Chicken Rice. Located on the 5th floor of the Marunouchi Building near Tokyo Station in Chiyoda-ku, it opened as the brand's first outpost in Japan, offering a bright, calming interior with views toward Tokyo Station.
