Introduction
Lion's Head is a 669-metre peak in Cape Town, South Africa, situated between Table Mountain and Signal Hill, encircled by a popular hiking trail roughly 5 km round trip. The moderately challenging route includes exposed rocky sections with ladders and metal staples, and rewards hikers with 360-degree panoramic views of Table Mountain, Table Bay, Camps Bay and Robben Island.
