Introduction
Montparnasse Tower is a 210-metre glass-and-steel office skyscraper built between 1969 and 1973 in the Montparnasse area of Paris, and remains the only skyscraper in the city center. It houses an observation deck (Observatoire Panoramique) with a cafe and gift shop, offering panoramic views over the Paris skyline.
