Introduction
Koyasan Shukubo Saizenin is a temple lodging (shukubo) in the sacred Koyasan area of Koya, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, founded by Jakumyu Ajari during the Heian Period near Danjo Garan. It offers simple accommodation surrounded by mountains and temples, and features three gardens designed by Mirei Shigemori, including one considered among the first gardens in Koyasan.
